I can’t thank Jennie and the team enough for all of your recent help in getting me back to Ireland swiftly and also for getting me back into Perth again. You helped make an extremely heartbreaking difficult situation alot easier to manage. So grateful for all of your help, advise and always been contactable no matter what day it was. Jennie book my flights back to Perth from Manchester during Covid. I didn't want cancellation and bump issues, so after reading good reviews on her success at returning Australians, I decided to go with British Travel. I was not dissappointed, no issues, flights went to plan

Thanks so much to Jennie and the team at British Travel. With the travel ban for leaving Australia and the flights caps for getting back I didn't think I would be able to get home to Scotland and be with my family when I needed to, but Jennie made this possible. My family and I will be forever grateful for what she managed to do and I can't thank her enough. I don't know how she does it all but really appreciate all her help! Would definitely recommend British Travel to anyone who needs to get to the UK!

I had an amazing experience with the team at British travel, I booked with Kelsey and she made the experience quick and easy. When I got bumped off my first flight from the UK to Brisbane Jennie had it sorted out straight away. I would highly recommend using British Travel. They made coming home to AUS in the pandemic a stress free and easy time.

Absolutely Brilliant. Professional, responsive, solution oriented, calm, friendly...the list goes on. I am so grateful to them for their help and support in getting me home to Perth when I was stuck in Dubai because my flights (booked by a different travel agent) were not valid for travel. And by some miracle, British Travel were able to get me on a flight within hours! I am currently writing this review from Perth hotel quarantine. Very grateful to them for helping me come home to my family.

I would highly recommend Jennie and her team to anyone. The team took a huge weight off my mind managing my travel through the incredibly challenging circumstances that are currently in place with Covid. I’m sat here in quarantine, I had no bumps, no cancellations, and got back with a breeze. They also provide a very fair price. The team provided me with up-to-date information regarding my travel, navigated me through the various forms needed, and were on hand for any questions. THANK YOU!

I can't praise British Travel enough! Jennie was amazing, with incredible up-to-date knowledge throughout the pandemic and with the ever-changing rules. When Western Australia's borders were firmly closed to almost everyone, Jennie managed to get me and my husband into Perth, to see our daughters and meet our 11 month old grandson. She got us on a DFAT flight to Darwin, where we did 2 weeks in quarantine and then flew into Perth. It was an incredibly stressful time but Jennie supported us all the way, even responding to a panicked message about the G2G pass on Christmas Day. Jennie's support was invaluable and British Travel is a first rate company.
